We recently purchased a home in Bergen County and Martin Bianchi of Century 21 Eudan was our realtor. From our very first conversation, I found Martin to be a take-charge person who was eager to go the extra mile to help us. We gave him our criteria for a home, and he hit it right on the mark. He showed us exactly the type of homes we wanted to see, and within our budget. We ended up buying one of the homes Martin showed us on our first outing. Martin is not only a great realtor, but more importantly he’s an outstanding ally. He negotiated strongly on our behalf and facilitated every aspect of the transaction for us. He stepped-in whenever necessary to talk to our lender, the attorneys and the seller’s agents just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Called this place to help rent my apartment, what a nightmare! Our agent Joyce P. was quick and attentive to my first phone call. She came pretty much the same day to see the apartment and list it. I was so sure she would help us. We were told to sign a 6 month contract and if we were to rent the apartment without their help we would have to pay 1 months rent to them! I thought we would have no issues, trusted her and signed immediately. BiG MISTAKE!! In the 6 months time span, I may have had 6 showings in total, all of which were scheduled by other agents, not once did my agent bring someone to view. No open house, no help at ALL! Realtor would take a long time to respond to my calls and emails and sometimes not return my call at all. Very disappointed by this real-estate and will NEVER recommend or use them again.
